My son has trained with the team at hooked swim for the past 12 months and he wakes up before the sunrises or trains late into the evening even through winter, without a whimper. The trainers are firm and technique focused while also being empathetic and understanding to the individuals needs. I couldn’t Recomended hooked swim any higher.
