My daughter has been learning piano here with Ms Charity for around 1 year. Ms Charity is an amazing, professional piano teacher. She knows how to teach a child to play the piano effectively. So lucky to have her as my daughter’s first piano teacher. Highly recommended.

Both my son and daughter have been learning piano with Charity and Horizon Music Academy for 3 and 6 years respectively. Now my son is at grade 4 and daughter at grade 8. We have never considered to change another school / teacher as we have found one of the best in the area and have superb experience with Charity. She is a responsible teacher and at the same time caring and approachable. It is no doubt kids need to put their own effort in the learning journey but with a good teacher / mentor who can help better shape and ensure they are on the right path to success. Charity no doubt is the one, a good teacher / mentor. Certainly we will unsparingly high recommend Charity and Horizon Music Academy to anyone who is keen to learn piano / music in Sydney!

I think Charity was a bit passive aggressive. My friend was sick and had to cancel on a lesson but she was like “Next time you should cancel 3 days before”. Like how would we know? Also one of the instructors called Jay was not paying attention during the lesson. He was watching videos on his phone and calling/texting someone the whole time. This was throughout the lesson in which they paid for.
