My two daughters started singing lessons with Hummingbird Music over 7 years ago when they were 12 and 9 years old. Julia and her staff are and have been so supportive thoughout both my daughters musical journeys and the girls have a wonderful passion for music as a result. Both girls are now so confident in their singing ability and this is definitely a result of not only the technical expertise provided but also the confidence that has been instilled in them to perform. My oldest daughter has since completed her HSC and Julia was amazing providing her extra support for her music elective. My other daughter has auditioned and performed in many musicals and has developed a wonderful passion for musical theater. My 6 year old daughter has had 2 terms at Hummingbird Music learning piano. From the first time I contacted them Julia the owner has been lovely and helpful in getting us a place when we were available. My daughter loves her lessons and teacher Renee. She was able to perform at the end of year concert after 2 terms, she was confident and comfortable which goes to show what a lovely and encouraging environment she is learning in. Would recommend this small, friendly and child focused studio.
