Our 2 year old has gone here since 6 months old for weekly swim lessons. They are fantastic, great location, great instructors, good sized pool, class size is small enough (10 kids max) and 30 min lessons. I was tossing up between here & Marion Swim Centre, im personally so glad i chose here!

The swimming pools are great. Shower stalls are not too bad, generally clean, but I wish there are more of them. Overall good facility.

Absolutely appalling how this place is run by desk staff. I go to the front desk where a male with blonde hair and female with blonde hair sat tonight just to be ignored as they both sat there on their phones. They sit behind big computers acting as if they are working, yet they were both scrolling on instagram and messaging on snapchat. I waited for a solid 3 minutes until they actually realised i was waiting for them. I had called earlier to enquire about lessons but the phone was not answered so i thought it would be easier to come in and speak direct to front desk. No wonder why the phone isnt answered because they are too busy on their devices! Its quite obvious that all the teachers working in the pool work so hard and put in so much effort in, but I definitely will not be sending my kids here and would not reccomend to anyone as clearly desk staff are careless and don't take their jobs seriously.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! Came on Sunday to watch my niece swim in the little pool and was horrified at the amount of little dead bugs that were in the water. Clearly hygiene doesn't exist here. My niece will no longer be swimming here

Swimming instructors are lazy and not teaching them properly. They are more concerned on chatting with each other and tell the kids to swim but dont even look at them nor tells them how to do it if one was struggling because they are busy chatting with one another.
