Awesome experience dealing with the staff at Joondalup. Communication, advice and care absolute A1. Packaging and transport excellent. For a guitar that travelled 3425km to get to me, it looked hand delivered. Thanks for making my 16yr old a very happy boy.

Travelled from Mandurah to look at a Casio Piano. Had a great experience with the guys there. Not once where we pushed into purchasing anything, but where provided all the information to make a purchase. Great people to deal with.

Amazing service! I came in to see if I could figure out the brand and price of a very specific old microphone, and with only a few clues they were able to do it. Also was hoping to get the action on my guitar sorted, so they did that for free and gave me heaps of insight into everything I should know about it if I were to do it myself. They did all that whilst being busy calling clients. Fantastic!

If its incredible service , happy faces with a world full of knowledge then this is your store. After many rejections of having a (sentimental) guitar fix I gave it one last chance of finding someone to fix my son's guitar that had been smashed. I can not speak highly enough of the not just amazing but also heartwarming service and advice I was given. By the time I left the store I was almost in tears from how accomodating and beautiful they were to myself and my needs. Not only did they fix my son's guitar that seemed unfixable but they restored it to the point of being able to play it and left my entire family on tears. This store and EVERY single person that works here from the previous owner ( who fixed the guitar and to whom I will be eternally greatful to) the manager and all his staff were unbelievably helpful, supportive and an absolute joy to deal with. So thank you from myself, my son and my family for restoring a precious family guitar that will again be able to be handed down to the next muso in our family. I had the best and fastest contact with the store they were amazing on my initial purchase and then I asked them to post my parcel. All the information was messaged and emailed to me promptly and my parcel arrived the next day. I couldn’t be more happier with their service!
