It's an excellent website to get babysitters. Some providers are amazing, incredible value for money. Others... are no-shows. It's most useful if you have specific needs such as someone who can handle kids with special needs, etc. It's makes getting babysitters for one-off babysitting easy... getting ones for recurring jobs, especially after school care is trickier. Note where providers are before you accept them... I've had many providers contact me or be suggested to me who are in other states. Excellent people... but no one's going to commute 300 km (or more!) for babysitting. Ideally, I get providers within 5 km. Ideally, I'd have better control of the acceptable distances. Or be able to specify based on travel time, not distance. There's people north of the harbor who are physically close, but it would take >30 minutes to drive here or back.

Before juggle street, I spent hours trying to find and organise babysitters, especially finding someone last minute. Juggle street has saved me so much time and it's really easy to use and all the nannies. or babysitters we've had look after our children have been wonderful lovely people. Best service / platform for me this year!

The annual membership fee is getting higher and higher every year, plus additionally charging a significant percentage % as service fee from families and the nannies for each job. I guess that what paid for fancy office in Barangaroo.

Reminder to double-check WWCC yourself even if the app says “paid verified”. The response I received from the platform was very concerning — they said the responsibility ultimately rests with the helper, despite the app displaying the check as “paid verified”.
