A wonderful and supportive dance studio, for girls and boys of all shapes and sizes. They ran a superb program during Covid lockdowns in Melbourne with a remote dance concert for the kids to enjoy.

This Thursday, 17/05/18, my daughter didn’t put on her dancing dress there. Before I left, I confirmed with one of the staff and she said it was fine that my daughter can remain with her casual clothes during the class. After I left, staff No.2 forced my daughter to change while Staff 1 was away. Although my daughter said NO for three times, the staff still insisted her to change WITH NO HEATER ON. (with the temperature of 10--12)She has to take all her clothes off in the even colder toilet WITHOUT HEATER. By the time she got back home, she felt head-ach and with a temperate of 38.5 I am extremely unhappy with the staff at Kallista Dance Academy, there is no empathy, no sense for a duty of care and extremely rude.
