Kando Martial Arts Hughesdale

I love Kando Hughesdale. I am so happy that I found them all those years ago. Free uniform and 4 weeks was just enough time, to know Kando would be part of our lives for a very long time. My son started as a shy 7 year old and the team have always been incredible. With every student. Every single lesson. You honestly can’t fault this team. Now we are in the Teen and Adult program and we find it’s a very supportive and close group of students, regardless of belt and age. Definitely something Kando pride themselves on. Thank you to everyone who creates a safe, fun and positive environment that we will continue to enjoy for many years to come.

My family has been training at Kando for over 10 years. Its inclusiveness and family centred approach to training has created an amazing community. I am totally not sporty, and never thought I would be able to enjoy a sport together with my daughter. Kando has given us the opportunity to share in a skill, train together and strengthening our bond. We’ve grown with the club, and its amazing teachers and friendly and engaged staff. Highly recommend Kando for kids and parents.

Both my kids love this academy at Hughesdale. The team were so welcoming, pateint, and encouraging, particularly when they were a little hesitant when they first started. Now they are eager and look forward to attending each week.

Love this place, i have been attending for 10 years my self and highly recommended this to anyone looking to train martial arts or self defence. There has always been a great sense of community here. I have made some of the best friends and relationships. The staff are always respectful as-well. Always trying to accomodate to people and other students needs. Especially the desk staff. They always have so much that they are doing and still try their best to help everyone 100% recommend

What an awesome place to get fit and learn new skills! Hesitant to start a brand new activity in my 30s, after playing ball sports my entire life, Kando and incredible team for instructors has made my first 6 months of martial arts so much fun. The professional and practical way every session is run, along with the welcoming and friendly community of athletes makes training an absolute blast. I strongly recommend checking out Kando Hughesdale if you are even remotely curious about learning martial arts, I only wish I had started sooner!
