Hi All, Id would like to share my experience with the administrative head/risk management coordinator Tanya Gibson today. I brought my daughter 15minutes late for her training session and was told sternly that she must be at the class by 5PM. My wife and I both work 9-5pm and we struggle to meet the after school requirements with out further expense with after school care. I said to Tanya this and she replied with that it's a requirement to their "risk management" and insurance. I was shocked when Tanya had no idea of my child's name (after a year of membership) and any contact details for emergency contact, so much for risk management!! After this I said that we may not be able to continue with the training due to their compliance I was told did you pay!!! I have paid for the last year and my daughter was apart of their end of year performance on the 19th of November 2022 and yet was told we do not have your details and I was too send a email to get a refund. By this stage my child aged 6 was crying and distressed, as she has the passion for this sport & was ejected from the class. There were a lot of parents that witnessed and heard the conversation; I couldn't believe what happened in front of my daughter, I then left the gym and will never return to this mis managed risk to my children. It should be a requirement for anybody in a managerial position to have the capability of dealing with the time allocations. I'd rather spend money to a private gymnastic instructor with some creditability. Please be aware all loving parents!! In response to your reply: sorry for the pun but what a cop out!! I have never seen anyone or had any correspondence / notifications from the police regarding this matter!! It seems that you are avoiding the issues that have been identified!!
