Karate Jitsu

I have had both my sons in Karate Jitsu with Peter and his team for around 3 years. Peter and the team have found the balance between providing excellent self defence skills, discipline whilst building their courage and confidence when they children are faced with confrontation. I have seen my kids confidence in themselves grow which has played a factor in their day to day lives. I highly recommend all children to experience this program. I will be enrolling my third son when he turns 5!!

Karate Jitsu is one of the greatest gifts you could give your kids! Peter has reinforced my daughters self belief , discipline, self defence & courage. After several years she continues to love her Monday night sessions and as a parent I couldn't be happier with her progress.

My 10 year old son and 5 year old daughter recently started training at Karate Jitsu and both really enjoy it. The training is conducted in a very positive atmosphere and Kyoshi Peter, Sensei Salman and Instructor Jamie are excellent working with the children. The resources provided for home training are really good and the videos keep the kids engaged with the training programme through the week. You can see the benefits when they are at the group training where the improvement and growth in their skills really comes out. If you're looking at enrolling your kids in martial arts and having them learn self defence techniques, you can't go wrong with Karate Jitsu.

The trainers at Karate Jitsu are wonderful! I first approached KJ because I wanted my boys to learn some self defense and we have not been disappointed! I really love how self defense is taught on so many levels - not just physical, but strengthening their emotional and mental wellbeing too. They have some wonderful tips and tricks for the little ones and even the young kids are rewarded for all their little improvements along the way. Thank you Peter and Sal! This is one of the best things I could have done for my 9 yr old daughter. She is learning so much and I can see a real improvement with every class. The teachers are fantastic. She just got her yellow belt and is so excited for what is to come. I truly would highly recommend it. Thanks team.
