Kaygees Gymnastic Club

I’m 30 years old and have always been more of a video gamer than an exerciser. About 8 months ago I started working out to lose weight, but I wanted something more engaging than just repetitive gym sessions. That’s when I discovered Kaygee’s Adults Gymnastics and decided to try the free trial. Two months later, I’ve been back six times and I can honestly say this has been one of the most fun and rewarding activities I’ve ever tried. I’m learning skills I never thought I’d be capable of, and every class pushes me just enough while still being enjoyable. The coaches are incredible—down to earth, approachable, and really skilled at giving clear instructions. (shoutout to Jake, Tallulah, Cass and Sadie!!) It is a welcoming environment that makes you feel comfortable no matter your background or fitness level. I think this experience has helped me to identify a new long-term passion. If you’re an adult who wants to try something new, build confidence in how you move, and have a blast doing it, I can’t recommend Kaygee’s enough! Thank you guys

Both my nephews enjoyed their time here.

My 4 year old son loves the kinder gymnastics and really gets a lot out of it. The structure of free play on any equipment for 15 minutes, then a set activity course before short play at end works really well. The staff who run the class are very engaging and great with the kids.

Had the best time for my 6 year olds party. The team looked after the kids really well and everyone had fun! Will do again for sure.

My two and half toddler loves coming here. Its mostly free play/explore with small lessons/group activity. The equipment is set up that supports children to explore jumping, throwing, balance etc. Love how it is set up to that let toddlers independently explore in a safe supportive environment.
