Kei Shin Kan Karate offers traditional Japanese karate for all ages and fitness levels, including teenagers, adults, and seniors. Based in Doncaster East, VIC, with dojos also in NSW and Tasmania. First lesson is free, with a 4-week introductory course for $49. Focus includes kata, self-defence, discipline, and mental development.
