We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire Kids Academy E.L.P team. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, we had to withdraw our baby, but we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to recognize the wonderful experience we had during our time there. From day one, we felt supported and welcomed. The teachers were always very present in every stage of our child’s development, providing care, attention, and dedication at all times. Their commitment to each child’s learning truly shows, reflected in every activity and also in the daily and weekly reports, which always gave us great peace of mind. We would also like to especially thank the reception team and the directors, who made us feel welcome and supported from the very beginning, always being available and attentive to any need. We leave feeling deeply grateful to have been part of such a special institution. It truly feels like this is not just a center, but a real family. We sincerely hope our situation can be resolved soon so our little one can return and continue enjoying time with the teachers and classmates. Thank you so much for everything 🤍

Kids Academy Phillip has been the best decision for our family, our son has settled in really quick with the support and care from the educators in his room. The menu they offer is nutritious and allows my son to explore a variety of food. The support for the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager has been phenomenal, they are happy to help with any questions and always answer promptly! We could not recommend this service enough, such a clean and safe environment!!

This centre is absolutely beautiful. The educators are so caring and attentive. The management is the reason why this centre runs so great, they are highly experienced with such high standards. My daughter loves attending and has been here since she was 6 months old, we recommend to all our friends and family. I have never seen a childcare so clean and so much learning in occurring. After touring many centres i just new that this one was the one for our family and we have never looked back. Thank you Phillip Team

Our family has had a great experience with Kids Academy. Our son attended for two years, and now our daughter has been going since she was 10 months old; she’s 2 years old now. The location is very convenient for us, as it’s on our way to the city, making drop-offs easy. The staff are always friendly and attentive, taking excellent care of both of our children. They’ve also provided valuable parenting advice when we’ve needed guidance. We appreciate the interesting activities they organize, and the thoughtful presents they help the kids make for festivals. I still cherish the photos they took at my daughter’s birthday celebration. If we ever have more children, Kids Academy will definitely be our top choice again.

Absolutely love this childcare facility. As soon as my partner and I walked through the doors for a tour, we instantly had a good feeling about the centre. From day one in 2024 and still to this day 2025, my daughter has had the best experience and I walk out feeling good knowing the educators look after her, follow her schedule to the best they can, which is pretty much always on point with what I provide to them. I love that they spend time in different rooms getting to know different educators and kids. The whole facility is always clean and the effort they go to on a daily basis is unmatched, it’s just overall refreshing when you walk in! The meals that the chef provides on a daily basis are always great choices and a huge variety, therefore encouraging the kids to try different foods, they bring out a new menu for each season. I look forward to watching my daughter grow and progress into each room and being apart of this great centre until it’s time for big school. I will be bringing my future children to this centre.
