Always spend my money here , today i bought two gifts for my friends kids . They said they not gonna do gift wrapping for me because they only got two staffs , is not a busy time and obviously one person is able to handle just 2 custom while wrapping for my two small toys . Thats fine , she did not ask for my membership during the check out and i asked for two separate bags and the lady look annoyed and said they dont have small bags then she just left me hanging there and not explain anything to me

Very unsatisfactory experience. I tried to return an online order to the store. As soon as the staff heard I wanted to return something, they became very rude and dismissive (presumably because they weren't going to be making money out of me). They said that the money wouldn't be credited for a few days as it needed to be returned to the head office. I said absolutely fine, no issues. I then asked if I could have a receipt or some sort of evidence that I had dropped it off with them though and they refused, saying, "If you don't feel comfortable leaving it with us, then you don't need to return it with us." Obviously given their attitude, I didn't leave the relatively expensive item with them trusting that they would return it and now I have to try and post in an online return.
