I've been to a few different kidstuff stores, but the first thing that impressed me about this store is the very friendly staff. They are more than happy to help you with advice and show you around. Store is clean and tidy and good room to move around. Parking is extremely limited at the front, but there is a large woolworths parking lot behind the store with one hour free parking and rear entrance into kidstuff.

The manager who runs the store is incredibly rude. She is unhelpful, and goes out of her way to be as obtrusive as possible. I needed help and didn’t understand something about my voucher and she was just unkind and not wanting to help me at all. I would avoid this store.
