I love this store. The sales assistants helped me choose birthday gifts for my dinosaur-mad 2-year-old grandson and gosh they were on the mark! He loved them. I've bought several well-received gifts for my other grandhildren too. The staff ask good questions and have a knack for knowing what different aged kids might like.

Fantastic customer service. I rang just after they shut a 6pm. Flying out tomorrow and needed xmas gift for my grandson in Switzerland. They said come in and we’ll open up for you. I love this shop. Such good gifts for toddlers.

Buying bubble water toy in the shop. After opening it we found inside get mouldy and want to ask for refund or change to another new one. But the staff who is an old lady saying it is normal and it will not affect we use it?! So she refused for refund or exchange. Since my baby and husband still waiting outside and we have tight schedules so I did not argue with her but give up. It costs us 10 dollars for this toy, not big amount but the attitude from the staff was not pleasant experience. Will not recommend anyone this shop :(
