Excellent Swim School Experience! This swim school offers a truly outstanding experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, always welcoming guests with a warm smile. Its prime location ensures superb accessibility, complemented by a spacious and conveniently close parking lot. The shallow water depth guarantees safety for all, especially baby, and the clearly demarcated zones by age and skill level are exceptionally effective. With a large team of highly professional and dedicated instructors, the teaching quality is simply superb. The facilities are excellent, and the absolute best feature is the consistent warmth, even in the depths of winter – no more shivering after a swim! As a thoughtful bonus, new enrollments receive a complimentary swimsuit. My children absolutely adore coming here; it's a truly fantastic place for anyone to learn and enjoy swimming.
Enjoying our experiences so far at Kingswim! Started with the baby play for our little one and loved it. Was helped by the instructors regarding how to introduce bub to going underwater etc. Have since moved up to the Parent/Baby classes. I will admit there isn't always a consistency with the teachers in this class, but they do follow the same program so it doesn't really matter. Our little one absolutely loves the classes. Really love how the facilities are set out, especially the parent/baby change rooms - makes it really easy to change yourself and bub at the same time, especially if doing it solo.
The swimming classes themselves are good, however my experience with staff communication has been quite disappointing. I initially asked about a Tuesday afternoon class for my daughter, which was full at the time. We were put on a waitlist and told we would be contacted when a spot became available, likely within around four weeks. After five weeks of not hearing anything, I called to follow up and was then told there was a spot available. That was frustrating, as I shouldn’t have had to chase that myself after being told I’d be contacted. My daughter started classes and progressed quickly, which was great. We were then told she could move into the next class at 3:45pm on Tuesdays. Based on that, I adjusted my work schedule to make it work. When we arrived the following week, I was told there were actually no spots available in that class and she would need to stay in her original one. That was really frustrating given the prior confirmation and the changes I had already made. The staff member I spoke to was polite, but simply saying “I understand” doesn’t really address the situation, especially when this has now happened on three separate occasions. At this point, it feels like there’s a pattern of miscommunication and lack of follow-through. I’d expect a bit more care and attention to detail, particularly when families are organising their time around these classes. Given the repeated inconvenience, I do think it’s reasonable to expect some form of acknowledgment or goodwill gesture in response to these ongoing issues.
Went there for a baby water play trial. My baby was loving it until we were asked to move to another pool as the one we were in had something gross in it. I couldn’t access the other pool as it was a ladder. I let the instructor know and her response was “oh” and that’s it. No offer of help or apology. Definitely not coming back. Do better
During the class, a kid’s parent accused me for not paying attention to my daughter. The individual began verbally abusing me during the class.I reported this incident to a teacher, who provided no resolution. Instead, the teacher insisted that I should be keeping an eye on my child, even though your policies do not mention the need for direct parental supervision during training sessions unless the child is in distress. There is lack of training for staff to handle complaints effectively and resolve issues impartially and promptly.
