Kingswim Majura Park

A few days ago I took my daughter in for a make up lesson and the girl, Grace, was absolutely wonderful...😊 My daughter had so much fun and talked about it all the way home. Great job. 👍👍👍

We've always found King Swim to be great - friendly, flexible about times, attentive, etc. It's hot inside but that's pleasant for some parents - and for others there's a seating area outside near the front door where you can still be near your child.

Every single staff member from the management down are amazing. My anxious little swimmer has been learning here for years, her skills and confidence constantly improving and the teachers and management bending over backwards to make sure we get the most out of every class.

My kids have been going to King Swim Majura for at least 7 years. Both are now in squad, and love to swim. The kids favourite teacher is Brittany, and I must admit she is mine too. She always provides great feedback! So now I come to the disappointing aspect that I have experienced. My children no longer want to swim squad so my husband and I began to enquire about how to cancel their membership. First we were told that we needed to stop the direct debit even though we didn’t arrange this!!!! The same person did not advice that we needed to do this online. I have spent so much time trying to phone them but no one answers the phone. I have spent about a week trying. I eventually emailed an enquiry and was advised to go online, which I did straight away. About a day later I was advised that the memberships were cancelled and the dates of the last class. Because my son last class is on a public holiday he gets a make up class, but he already has 2 others. I have asked if we can get a refund for these classes as he can’t possibly make up these classes in the next 3 weeks. I have not received no response yet. 👍😔
