Knox Gymnastics

I’ve been coming to adult gymnastics at Knox for a few years now, the coaches here are incredibly professional with many years of industry experience. The building is new, so two foam pits and its’ cleanliness is appreciated, there’s even a horizontal rock climbing wall by one of the foam pit and a small gym set in the corner which is a bonus. The participants regularly attend, and you’d get to know them quickly. New people generally get lots of assistance with the coaches, so don’t be afraid to ask to change it up if you’re bored of what you’re learning. I learn the quickest at this place and the progressions they teach you is manageable at the level you’re at.

My daughter has been going to Knox since she was 4-and she’s still loving it! The new gymnastics centre is world class.

This gym offers incredible new facilities, including a full café, a spectacular viewing area, and well-appointed rooms for coaches and judges. While it can be a bit chilly during winter, I believe the dedication and hard work of the gymnasts make it less noticeable.

Great facility and kids gymnastics is really well run

Excellent staff, coach and facilities. Would have loved to continue my kid’s next level of program but their 4pm start time makes it hard for us to leave from office pick kids from school and bring them on time for 4pm start. May be Knox management should I think of making teenagers and older who can travel on their own to have their time starting at 4pm instead of making parents run from office to school pick ups to the class.
