Compared to some Sydney gymnastic centers where 1 “trainer” aka bubble gum chewing teenager looks after 12+ kids and let them go wild, Koorana has a great child-teacher ratio. My child just started the second term and loves it. The teachers aren’t yelling. They are calm, they smile and they correct the children’s posture. Isn’t that important? Surely, it’s not a fancy place but to me it doesn’t have to be.

Great space for the kids. Great instructors that show care and talent for what they do.

Both my children (ages 6 and 8) attend gymnastics at Koorana and love it. They have a gym for all program for kids of all skill levels to start and learn which is a lot of fun. If your child shows passion and skill then they can move up and train through different levels to further advance their ability. The teachers are highly skilled and professional as well as friendly. Also they host birthday parties. My daughter had her 8th birthday there and loved it so much. They played games (such as hide and seek), did gymnastics skills and jumped into the gigantic foam pit. My son has now booked his birthday here as they do a ninja variation.

My daughter loves Gymnastics at Koorana, large facilities, fun classes, kids get to try a bit of everything. She has been going there now for 7 years and loves it. Great for the high energy, ninja warrior in your family.

Had a fairly poor experience at kindergym. The male coach had no patience for my kids or any of the kids that were doing the moves incorrectly on the circuit. He spoke quite rudely and aggressively to my 5 year old who has never done gymnastics before and was tyring his best to follow instructions on how to a front roll. The coach then started to physically help my 5 year old by grabbing his arms and head, but the coach didn't ask my son if it was okay for him to touch him to help him. My son panicked and gave up and didn't want to go back to it. We won't be going back.
