The teachers for the beginner levels are constantly changing every week (goldfish & star fish). With a New face each week they don’t know where your child is at and it’s impossible for your child to progress.We were stuck in the same class for 2 years. We are at a smaller swim school now and in 3 weeks my child has already progressed more than she did in a whole years at KRB swim. Mind blowing.

You could see there was a teacher not watching a child and they started struggling in the middle of the pool. You could hear them try and blame the child for not wearing goggles but the teacher wasn’t anywhere near the little one… nothing to do with goggles at all. New teachers every week for the starfish.

This years Starfish teacher was not really engaging, they basically did the bare minimum in the pool with the children. They didn’t watch or assist the child when it was their turn to swim the lap… they had zero control over the children. Very disappointing to watch. My husband and I couldn’t understand why our child wasn’t progressing. We moved to a new swim school and he has already advanced two levels. I strongly advise anyone considering this swim school to please take heed of the negative reviews. There are some excellent facilities in the eastern suburbs and I really wanted this to be one of them but sadly, it is poorly run. Unfortunately they do not take enquiries about the degree of engagement from this teacher well and advise that your child be moved down a level. As I mentioned, our son is now making the most incredible progress under appropriate care and fantastic teachers.
