Kumon Dianella Education Centre

We've seen such amazing progress with our daughter since she joined Kumon, and we're really grateful for the positive changes Kerwin has brought to the Kumon centre. With the centre now open four days a week, it’s been so much easier to fit Kumon into our busy routine this school year. What really stands out to us though, is how much more accessible Kerwin has made the process. There are now more opportunities to meet outside of class time to discuss our daughter's progress, and we really appreciate that. It’s been incredible to see her growth, especially in reading. We’re so proud to see her picking up books on her own and enjoying them. It's hard to believe how far she's come.

My daughter absolutely loves the learning environment at Kumon under the leadership of Kerwin. The center is clean, bright, and filled with energy, making it a joyful place for children to learn. The balance between a relaxed atmosphere and effective study routines has been wonderful for her. Thanks to the structured program and supportive team, she has built a solid foundation in both English and mathematics. We’re so grateful for the positive impact Kumon has had on her education and confidence. Highly recommend this center!

Great experience with my daughter's Kumon class. She has been showing steady improvement in both her confidence and academic skills since she started. Kerwin has been incredibly supportive, always encouraging and attentive to her progress. I’m very happy with how things are going and would definitely recommend this center to other parents.

My son attends the maths class at Kumon Dianella centre. It has been an learning experience for him, the staff there are very patient and supportive, especially the centre teacher Kerwin has made learning maths intriguing and interesting for my son. I cannot say thank you enough for that!

Even below 1 star Avoid Dianella Kumon – Extremely Poor Management & disrespectful Staff I am writing this review based on my last many months interactions with Kumon Dianella ever since Lynn the last owner left. I strongly do not recommend Dianella Kumon. The owner is arrogant and unapproachable, showing no respect for parents. Even when visibly free, he pretends to be busy and ignores parents who need to discuss their child’s progress, often making them wait unnecessarily. The checking staff is extremely immature and they seems very inexperienced sometimes only high school students , lacking basic teaching skills. Instead of creating a supportive learning environment, they come across as dismissive and unhelpful. For students who are struggling, the experience is even worse. Kids are left waiting for long periods before someone helps them, and when they do get assistance, it is minimal and ineffective—more of a quick spoon-feeding rather than actual guidance to help them understand the concepts. If you’re looking for genuine academic support and a professional environment, this is NOT the place. There are much better Kumon centers with staff who actually care about student progress. Save your time and money!
