We took our 3 year old out of another swim school as she wasn't comfortable there. For the last 7 years she has loved attending classes at 'learn to swim vic'. All the teachers have been excellent, her swimming is really strong now and the classes have been small and well managed. Absolute best, thoroughly recommend these guys.
A big big thank you to Annette. She is an amazing teacher and her enthusiasm to teach us and have us engaged makes the swimming lessons the highlight of my week. I hated swimming before i came here however, I have never looked forwards to being in a pool more than after doing these classes. The pool is exceptionally clean, the water is sooo warm (i did my classes in the middle of winter) and the teachers are so down to earth. Great job to the whole centre and thank you for finding my inner swimmer!
Lovely pool! I've started the adult swim classes and they've been great. The pool is nice and clean and a good temperature plus whatever they use to treat the water doesn't irritate my skin or eyes.
Amazing staff. They care about the children. They assisted with scheduling all the children’s swimming lessons so that my 4 children can swim around the same time. No other swimming club has ever tried to assist to that level. Keep up the great work. Totally appreciated.
I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Learn to Swim. Both of my children have been attending classes there for a year, but I have had an issue with the youngest child. I feel like we were pressured into lower level classes and using weekend time slots as leverage to control enrolment. To make matters worse, they have contradicted their own direct marketing outlining age groups and entry requirements for classes. Honestly, it seems that they are more interested in making money than helping children learn how to swim. Furthermore, I followed up on their recommendation and enrolled my daughter in their transitioning classes so that she could progress to the pre-kinder classes. Although my daughter met all the requirements, I was then told that she could only attend the correct class on a weekday rather than on the weekend. This is completely unacceptable. There doesn't seem to be an appropriate contact to put a complaint into, which makes me feel like they don't care about their customers. I am extremely unsatisfied with the attitude and lack of delivery on the information provided in their own promotional materials. Overall, my experience with Learn to Swim has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy swim school.
