Learningland 4 Kids

Learningland 4 Kids has been an incredible experience for our daughter. She attended the School Readiness Program and absolutely loved it. She now feels so much more confident and well equipped as she prepares to start Prep. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. We were always kept well informed about our daughter’s progress, along with practical ways we could support both her learning and wellbeing as she begins her primary school journey. Our son also received tutoring through Learning Land 4 Kids, specifically with Shanley, who is brilliant, and the improvement in his confidence, understanding of his work, and overall wellbeing was huge. We can’t thank Learningland 4 Kids and the wonderful teaching team enough.

My oldest boy attended Sue's classes for 2 years upon which he built a strong foundation for letters and numbers, preparing him for school. My second boy is currently attending Learningland and he couldn't be prouder each time I pick him up from Sue's classes. Sue has created a nurturing and engaging space for kids aged 3-5 to fully embrace learning and all its wonders. Our family can't recommend Learningland 4 Kids more highly.

I have been attending Learningland for over 8 years, with Sue teaching each of my 3 children at various stages. It has become an absolute fundamental for my children throughout their pre-school years and one which I am so so glad I committed to all those years ago. My older two children commenced school well ahead of their peers in numeracy and literacy and are excellent academic kids today. My daughter in 3 year old kinder can tell me the sound each letter of the alphabet makes - and she gets so thrilled by her efforts. Another year of Learningland before she starts school and I know she'll be walking into Prep with a huge advantage and super confidence. That is one of the greatest outcomes of the Learningland program and Sue's greatest superpower! Confidence. She gives each of her students so much confidence in their abilities. It helps so much in those crucial first weeks of school when your child feels like "I've got this! I know this!" Sue is a beautiful teacher and nurturer. Her classes are play based and always fun filled and children aren't just learning phonics and numbers but also practising their fine motor skills (cutting with scissors, glueing, painting, sticking) and their social skills too (saying goodbye to a parent, sitting in a classroom environment, taking direction from a teacher, working alongside peers, sharing, contributing and participation in class). I am super proud that we are the longest standing Learningland family (according to Sue!) and thank her for the most outstanding contribution she has made to our children over the years.

My 4 year old went to Learning land last year before the commencement of foundation learning this year. This was a wonderful experience to prepare for the year ahead.. 2020. What a year.! This year I had no hesitation on calling super Sue to assist me as the inexperienced home school teacher in navigating and keeping abreast of educational milestones. Overall Sue’s approach to little ones learning is truely amazing. She adapts to their style and mood to get the best out of the child. For me Sue is not just a primary school educator, but someone who takes a genuine interest in the family, child and their learning journey.

I cannot speak more highly of Sue and the Learningland 4 Kids programs. Her commitment to help each child grow and develop into the best they can be, is a wonderfully amazing and unique quality. Sue takes the time to know your child very well and will provide feedback but also recommendations for areas that may assist your child to further develop their learning experience. I am so happy and confident that Harry will be school ready and confident when he attends school next year. We will miss you Sue
