Nice and clean, pools are heated so easy to get in and stay in. Plenty of swimming areas and very well priced

Why are 2 teenagers allowed to throw a ball ( like a tennis ball) to each other within a distance at the children's area. There's many children and babies swimming but noticeably have to avoid that area that they are throwing. Accidents can happen n a child could get hit by the ball. A lifeguard told them off n they stopped but as soon as she walked off, they started again. Another lifeguard just stood there watching and not telling them to stop.

Outdated but functional. Spa is larger than most. Due to age disabled accessibility is not the best.

As a support worker. My client have recently been told that he cannot access the gym facilities with his carrer for train in the gym. Compagnon card are meant to let peoples with disability access the community and to not stay isolated. This gym facility have stoped my client to access the equipment on the pretext that his carrer cannot train with him in the place. This is pure discrimination This is not tolerable and i cannot accept this This is simply not good enough I will contact the council and the ombudsman regarding this issue.

Very frustrating experience overall 👎 I had a very disappointing experience with Gosnells Leisure World. I cancelled my membership through their website in December 2025 due to relocation, and the system indicated that the cancellation was successful. Based on that, I reasonably believed everything was processed correctly. However, I later found out that my membership was still active and I had continued to be charged. When I contacted them, I was told there was “no proof” of my cancellation and my refund request was denied. What I don’t understand is how customers are supposed to provide proof when the system itself confirms the cancellation but does not send any confirmation or record. Are we expected to take screenshots every time we submit something on the website? This situation reflects poorly on the reliability of their system and how customer issues are handled. Customers should not be held responsible for a lack of proper confirmation or tracking on the business side.
