1.0I cannot review the therapies offered by Little Lamb Music as Beth has cancelled both our sessions at the very last minute and has never contacted me to rearrange the sessions. I understand that things happen, and I was very understanding and flexible both times despite taking time out of work to attend the sessions. Beth did not reply to any of my messages and did reach out to apologise or rebook. For this reason, I rate the customer service, 0 stars.
