Lozswim is an amazing business. The kids learn from the brilliant teachers and have advanced so much. It’s a pleasure to see their progress, increase in confidence and have learnt the vital and invaluable skills of swimming. Loz is encouraging, has a can do attitude and tailors the lessons to the needs. Would highly recommend this to all.

This is without a doubt the most horrible business I have ever dealt with in Perth! DO NOT USE! This business has taken $200 of our money and refused to provide us with a refund when her business was unable to provide a pool for swimming lessons for 5 weeks of the term (half the classes!). After charging us in full for a Term of lessons she sold online, the owner proceeded to delay classes. First by 1 week due to pool maintenance, then by another week (with no indicator as to when classes would recommence), and then by a further 4 weeks! After asking for a refund the owner declined since she believed it wasn’t her fault that the pool was closed and her terms & conditions say no refunds. In all my dealings the owner never answered a since phone call despite messages left, instead choosing only to communicate via text. After lodging a complaint with consumer protection, the owner refused to let us attend classes whilst the complaint was in flight but also refused to refund the money we paid for the classes she wouldn’t allow us to attend- how can you do this?! I have not seen a dime of my money back despite now being unable to attend a total of 5 weeks of the term due to delays and 2 weeks of the term because she wouldn’t allow us to attend until withdrawing our complaint. The behaviour of this owner is shameful, I would NEVER recommend, looks like I will have to take her to court to see my money back. Her behaviour is beyond understanding for a business that deals with children… I would hate to see how she prioritises their needs in the pool based on how she prioritises their needs within the business practices of her program. Terrible… just terrible.
