The team are super welcoming, regardless of your skill/experience level, and they create such a friendly atmosphere around the gym. Not to mention your fitness will go through the roof. Best decision I ever made.

kids Martial Arts Camp! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this martial arts camp, and I highly recommend it to any family. My 5 years old attended the camp for two days and learned the basics of boxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu jitsu, all taught with a strong focus on self-defense, confidence, and respect. Every single instructor was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They created a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children felt encouraged and empowered. You can truly feel the passion and care behind this amazing family-run business, and it shows in the way they treat both the kids and the parents. My daughter felt so proud and motivated, especially when she received her very special certificate, which meant so much to her and to us as a family. It was a beautiful way to recognize her effort and participation. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive and memorable experience. We will definitely be back and will continue recommending this kids Martial arts camp to others without hesitation.

Boxing here is always a highlight of my week. All of the coaches are fantastic at what they do and do an awesome job accommodating all levels of experience. I started here as a complete newbie and have grown to have so much confidence in my skills and ability to learn. You guys rock, thanks team! WE LOVE M1FC!!

Had a 1:1 sesh with Jay today. Fantastic sesh, super knowledgeable guy with a plethora of experience. Worked with what I wanted and what he recommended. Left the sesh motivated and excited for the next. 10/10 highly recommend for training, camps and more Will be back Great job M1FC

M1FC is my families home away from home. From 4 to 39 years old, there is something for all of us and a great family gym. This is the best place to practice bjj for beginners and competitors. Highly recommend!
