Been a member for over ten years. Can't wait to be part of the new changes under the new management. I can see great improvements already! Lunchtime Boxing and Muay Thai classes! Amazing, experienced trainers who are happy to share their knowledge. This place is inviting, friendly, inclusive, supportive and most importantly, puts a smile on my face everytime I'm there. A home away from home.

Been with MMA for many years, the trainers, boxing classes and companionship is top notch. I've watched heaps of kids/adults in classes grow in confidence, and fitness, and the trainers take a genuine interest in their well being and personal development. I have made some valued friends also, and IMO, training at any level just helps ease the stresses of a busy lifestyle for many of those people who train at MMA. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr Peter in the medical area of this center and his team incl Yuki were very welcoming and helpful seeing me after hrs at 7pm Sat evening. Highly recommend the expert service here incl their famous PRP treatment...Bill H

I really enjoy training at this club, it's been 2 years for me now. The instructors are very experienced and keen to teach 🙌 It's fun for fitness but at the same time great for perfecting skills!!! Love it !
