My child has been going here since it opened, I have nothing but positive feedback from what I have seen on staffing, my child's treatment, cleanliness and excusion of concept. I see the art that is brought home after each session and hear all about their play experiences.

I love the concept of a calm and regulating environment where children can express slef and work at their own pace but in reality it didn’t have this feel. It felt overcrowded and under staffed. The teacher was great with the kids but the ratio to students and the amount in one room was too much and felt a little chaotic rather than calming… I don’t think supervision is what it should be for such young children. I took my child to the bathroom and there were 4 other kids hanging around one toilet. And if the teacher had to leave to get the kids from the bathroom then there would be no one in the room to ith the other (10 or 12 maybe?) Also other teachers (not the main one) seemed annoyed by the kids and used a lot of negative language trying to correct behaviour instead of gently redirecting. “No”, “don’t do that”, “stop that”. Also, the children are made to sit still contrary to the email which said they would not be (children are wriggly and that is normal..) Amazing concept, could be fantastic but just misses the mark.
