Moves Dance Studio

I've been a student here for fifteen years and cannot express enough gratitude for my time. The community of dancers, teachers and office staff is like no other, with the environment always so positive, fun, encouraging and inclusive. Not only was I given immense opportunities to learn and develop as a dancer, but I have gained friends, confidence, tenacity and many many positive memories for life.

Family oriented dance school who truly care for their dance family! If you want to find your life long friends and be cared and nurtured look no further than this dance school! The dance school owner is such a beautiful, kind, caring human!!

I enrolled my child in MOVES with the expectation that we could change to other session/tutor if my child didn't connect with the teaching style. However, the experience fell short of expectations. The reception staff seemed unfamiliar with the handling process and consistently deferred to their boss (and no one ever answered the phone), resulting in prolonged response times that stretched over a week per email. Despite months of communication, our efforts to switch tutors were not met with a lack of responsiveness. After waiting patiently, we were informed that the alternate session was canceled suddenly. If considering to join, it's crucial to hope your child enjoys the teaching style, as the process for communicating with admins proved challenging and unfulfilled. The overall experience led us to reevaluate our commitment before the term concluded.

No responsibility. No ownership. Sat at their reception for good 30 mins. I won't bother with this business seems they don't want to run a business..maybe go elsewhere for ballet lessons and don't ruin your and yours child experience

I have sent a lengthy email expressing my concerns regarding Phoebe's teaching manner. Telling children they're naughty and threatening them is deplorable, and certainly not something I am willing to put my daughter through or pay for. There was even a potentially dangerous incident asking 2 year olds to jump over a diamond. I strongly discourage anybody who considers sending their daughter or son to be taught by her. I am glad that my daughter will no longer be attending Moves dance studio.
