Amazing, affordable and very welcoming sports centre featuring a large indoor pool, very spacious lockers, several gym rooms, regular classes along the day and every day of the weight (weight, cardio, yoga, Pilates, swimming). Food and beverages available, house doctor, and a very friendly staff. A neighbourhood gem.

I cannot recommend the NCIE fitness centre, facility and team more highly. A great facility, excellent classes and great community. From the staff to the trainers through to the various and many community initiatives they run. Excellent on every level. A place with real heart and soul.. which will keep you fit too once you get involved!

A really good multi-purpose sports centre and gym, swimming pool, sauna has tennis courts, basketball courts, indoor and outdoor AstroTurf. Overall a really good Sports Centre. This is owned and operated by indigenous people which makes it a bonus as it supports their community.

Despite the name, the center does not display any sort of excellence (outside of the friendly staff, that's why it's 2 stars and not 1). Called on Friday (09/05) to check for basketball court availability on Sunday (11/05) after previous instances of being relayed the wrong information. They confirmed the casual basketball court availability would be from 7:00 - 10:00 and then from 14:00 - 18:00. I then inquired if there would be any way that there would be bookings between Friday and Sunday (to double check), to which the friendly staff responded with "the booking manager has left for the day, so it should be all good". Excellent, fast forward to the day, we were kicked off the court because there was no court availability as the individual who had the booking, booked it THREE MONTHS in advance.
