My son has now completed 3 short programs over the school holidays and loved it. Programs are age appropriate with themes, content and activities, which are delivered by professionals. Lovely atmosphere and awesome people. Online booking and payment efficient but lacks personal contact. Classes small with excellent child to teacher ration - like 10 children max per teacher. Individual attention given to each child. My son is looking forward to next school holidays. Highly recommend.

I did the best beginner's course with Shaun who was an amazing teacher. I was initially hesitant as I have no acting experience but Shaun really made the class fell welcome, relaxed and willing to step way out of our comfort zone. Thanks so much, I will be back!

My child was booked in to a holiday course with NIDA. We turned up at the venue on the day along with another family to find the course had been cancelled! Apparently an email had been sent 3 days before, but they'd had a problem with their emails going to spam! ... Well if you know that, then ring the customer to make sure they got the message. Spoke to the manager and she said that they have too many customers to ring them all.... There were 4 people registered!!!!!!!!! Also, what did NIDA do before email existed???? How Ridiculous!!

Daniella Lacob made our experience miserable by lacking an understanding on how to treat customers and not checking facts and overwhelming evidence before making accusations, threatenings and not addressing a case of bullying appropriately, was easier for her to say this student was absent on that day according to her records.
