As both a past athlete and now a coach at NDGC, I can honestly say this club is something special. The coaching team is made up of passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive individuals who care deeply about every athlete's journey, whether they’re just starting out or pushing toward high-level goals. Terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE. Staff lied multiple times and was stern to the kids. I was lied to and asked to change my party time so staff didn’t have a gap in their day, I accommodated (first lie as I arrived early, there was a party before me in my original booking time that I paid a deposit for). Second lie - was told they always book back to back parties (not the case as see below). Third lie - staff member told me another party was booked straight after me at the time my party finished so I made our party guests leave early so I could clean up (after paying hundreds of dollars on party) to be LIED TO, and I waited in the carpark to find staff member had lied and party was 30 minutes later so I rushed our party guests out to clean up; for no back to back party. I gave the staff member a chance and said I hope you aren’t lying to me, for her to reply with a smirk “the next party must be running late”. Rushed me out for them to do nothing for 30 minutes? Don’t waste your money here. Terrible staff member. Awful experiene all round. Lying to customers is foul (lying multiple times is disgusting)

I am trying to sort out my kids sports payment since 3 month the lady who's managed the Account is not working there and when we call she is always on leave so makes so hard for us and all other people who had same problems. Big organisation but not organise adminstration only one old lady helping me all the time when we call she is really doing 3 people's work her self. Hope the in-charge of this gymnastics read this and take some Action.

I enrolled in a paid trial but had to cancel due to my child falling ill. Although I was offered the option to reschedule, the company held onto the payment. Now, when I try to use the credit, I'm told it's invalid without a medical certificate, despite the circumstances being genuine. They refuse to refund the money, which is incredibly frustrating and even refuse to use it for new trial. Overall, a disgraceful and inflexible service that lacks empathy and customer care.

As it was my daughters first time she was a bit upset at the start (warm up) she was crying (trying to hold it together) and not one of the coaches around approached her to see if she was OK, was maybe 5/10 mins when Poppy noticed and consoled her (she is amazing with the kids, very interactive). Our Teacher (Alecia) I think her name was. Wasn't as interactive with the children, seem to busy looking around then helping the children, she didn't really move around in the stations and assist the kids with the moves they were needing to do. Emailed the company who advised we would get a call back, still waiting
