⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NT Swim has been fantastic for my child. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and very professional, making each lesson fun while building confidence in the water. The program is well structured, and we’ve seen great progress in swimming skills and water safety. The staff are friendly and supportive, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend NT Swim for families in the NT.
NT Swim School has gone above and beyond to help get both my young girls into the pool. Not only have the staff been extremely accommodating, they are friendly and fantastic swim teachers. My toddler has gone strength to strength in a term of swimming. I highly recommend NT Swim School. We make the trip weekly from rural Darwin, it's well worth the drive!
Fantastic. Teachers were patient and kind. My 3 small children had a great time and all showed improvement on their first lesson. Small class sizes, pool was perfect to learn in (not too deep), and there's a playground for waiting children.
The reception gave away my child’s make-it-up class to a new enrollment; they didn’t email me, until the week before I approached them, I got the shocking news in the spot, Which I was going to take a day off for a half and hour swimming lesson! Since then I decided not to go back anymore. Very disappointed
Not recommend! We have been attending classes here for over a year. However, during the last few lessons of Term 2 this year, I noticed that each class ended five minutes early. I was quite confused, as we were never informed about this change. When I contacted the school to find out why, they responded by saying that “each teacher calculates time differently.” If that’s the case, how are parents supposed to keep track of the correct class time? We all rely on our phones, which follow the official Australian standard time. Ending each class five minutes early is unfair to us, as we paid the full tuition fee. A lot can be learned in five minutes, but our children were denied that time without any notice. What upset me even more was the school’s attitude when I emailed them to raise my concerns. Their response was shockingly unprofessional—they said my concern was “ridiculous and laughable” and that they were “glad I had cancelled the class and would not return.” Is this really how a school should handle feedback and complaints? I’m sharing my experience so that other parents can be aware and make informed decisions.
