I previously learned pole dancing at Surry Hills but it didn't work out. By joining Pole Dance Academy, I learnt much more and much easier as well. My instructor was so nice and encouraging and i was surprised at how fast I was getting the hang of things! I had my second ever beginners pole class at the Bondi PDA studio and absolutely loved it. My instructor taught us a full short routine and introduced us to the foundations of choreo and transitioning into beginner pole tricks. I really enjoyed this class. I also booked out the practise room after which is great to help re solidify anything you just learnt on your own time.
