Pro Swim

Great place for swimming lessons. I've always found staff and instructors to be friendly and helpful. Parking can be a bit crowded, lots of street parking nearby.

My kids really like ProSwim because the water is warm. I like ProSwim because they are super flexible with their makeup class policy and their maximum number for a class is 4, less than SA Aquatic centre and their instructors and admin staff are super nice!

I'd highly recommend Pro Swim for those looking to learn to swim, improve technique, fitness, and knowledge of water safety. Cat, Amanda and the team are very professional, knowledgeable, well-spoken and organised. Their structured lessons cover all the fundamentals. As well as learn to swim, they also offer cheerful sessions where parents accompany their babies and toddlers in the water; and instructor-led aqua aerobics, aqua pole classes.

We have been coming to Proswim for approximately 16 years. My eldest child started at 3 years of age & I am here now watching my youngest child progressing with all the different swimming strokes so well & with great confidence. I think the swim instructors we have had over the years are excellent & very encouraging too. Also we like the fact that it is a smaller centre, less noise compared to other centres we have been to, less distractions so my kids stay focused. Fees are very comparable & if you let them know you're unable to make a lesson you don't lose it, can be used as a make-up lesson.

Beware — seriously consider buying elsewhere. When a problem comes up, they are completely unaccommodating. I had a race suit with stitching that failed — clearly a manufacturing fault — and all they did was hide behind their terms and conditions. Zero effort to help, zero accountability. I strongly suggest you shop somewhere that actually provides after-sales service. I won’t be buying from them again.
