as a visiting experiencer of Progressive Martial Arts Academy we got a sense of their owner's connection with community and care and love for children. We couldn't continue due to personal reasons, otherwise if we had children of our own, we would definitely feel they are safe and encouraged there.

PMAAI is a world class martial arts gym. Cookie and her team are incredibly wholesome, passionate with their teachings and have cultivated a caring and supportive environment. I am grateful for the ability to learn and grow every time I step onto the mats. Thank you kindly to all of the team for everything that you do.

Mini muscles is a all inclusive lesson focusing on coordination and motor skills for all levels. Good ratio of instructors to students and instructors and well diversed and patient. Very impressed and would recommend to any parent with a child looking to harness such skills. 5 stars!!

Cookie and her team of instructors are absolutely amazing! 😊 When I started out I had no experience at all with Martial Arts but there are always instructors around to help those of us who might be struggling, making their classes perfect for anyone, no matter their skill level 😊 PMAAI has such a welcoming, supportive and respectful environment and I couldn’t recommend them enough 😊

The most amazing instructors with a great community feel at progressive martial arts. The facilities are amazing .... cookie runs all the classes with respect, knowledge and leadership. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn and get fit !!!
