Great pool, outdoor pools are a much nicer atmosphere to swim in. Theres an indoor pool too which is fine. The splash park is fun for the kids. Theres multiple family change rooms with showers and toilets inside which is very appreciated.

Mixed review. Bought ten swimming sessions for $70, and could come in anytime without booking, so a pretty good deal. During the weekdays, the pools are fairly empty and sessions are peaceful. However they have aquatics three times a week around 8.30am and the entire indoor pool is off limits, which I found really frustrating and unfair. I don't think classes that take up the entire pool should be allowed, regardless of whether it's on the timetable or not. During the weekends, it's full of kids and parents and it's chaotic. The two times I came on the weekend, there was only one lane for laps (in the indoor pool) and the kids would sometimes swim in it, including across, even though they're not supposed to. The water is noticeably dirtier. The outdoor swimming pool is extremely dirty, with bird poop skid marks on the bottom and ducks swimming in it occasionally. Spoke to the staff about it and he said there's enough chlorine in it to be clean but it's still really poor and unprofessional practice to not scoop debris out of the water, scrub the bottom and manage the birds. Hygiene and ultimately safety from repeated use is therefore questionable. Staff are friendly, although one of the new young lifeguards was awkward and stood at the top of my lane the entire time and it felt like he was just watching me, made mw feel uncomfortable. Lifeguards are supposed to walk around. Changing rooms are small and few, even with the new changing rooms installed. Food menu is limited, extremely unhealthy and overpriced. Crisps are $3 when they are usually around $1.50 in grocery stores. Chicken nuggets were bland and chips tasted like cardboard. Please promote overall healthy living by only selling (at least moderately) healthy and affordable food.

Great pool, but the lane allocation seems unbalanced. Five lap lanes were open with only one swimmer, while the leisure area had just three lanes which was overcrowded with roughly 50 people.

Really disappointed with this pool. This is the second time in the last four days that we’ve been told we couldn’t swim or were asked to leave the pool due to an accident. While the children could use the slide in the water park, there was nowhere suitable for younger children to splash and play. A section of the pool was still closed, and when I asked about it, I received a really rude reply from staff. The outdoor pool is also far too deep for little ones to learn and explore the water safely, so we ended up leaving after only 10 minutes. It’s really disheartening, as this pool used to be such a lovely place to visit.
