Quantum Martial Arts is one of the best forms of martial arts around combining self defence, effective use of punches and kicks as well as throws, grappling, sweeps, holds and wrestling. North Sydney dojo has excellent instructors that are very experienced and qualified as well as knowing the syllabus and with years of teaching experience to all levels of students. I recommend Quantum Martial Arts for adults as well as teenagers and younger kids for boosting self esteem, discipline and a sense of responsibility.
