Reviews
Best swimming school! Rebecca is an absolutely amazing teacher. She has been teaching our child from 3 months old, now 2 and half years old and the results speak for themselves. Massive thanks to Rebecca and the front desk team you have all been amazing and we look forward to our weekly visits again soon 🙌
What a great culture and atmosphere from the moment you walk , the front reception staff /cafe are welcoming .Rowena and Rebecca in each classes (baby 1 and 2 ) have helped our beautifull daughter so much with there positive, supporting patient energy . It's a pleasure coming weekly watching the growth .
Diving - don't bother I can't speak for the swimming classes, but as for diving? Take your money elsewhere. I made a booking, showed up, no staff were there for diving. Made a new booking for 2 days later, called to check it was still on. Nobody could help so left my number. Nobody called me so I called again, left number again, promised that management would call me the next day (after the booking), Nobody bothered to contact me. Pointless
My daughter has gone backwards since taking lessons with this club. She rarely has the same instructor and the instructors that she’s had to date have spent more time talking to other instructors than the kids. During a 30min class, she would average approximately 9mins of actual swimming. I raised this with administration staff and they wanted me to raise my concerns with the manager. The manager was informed that I would like to make a complaint, and he couldn’t be bothered even walking 3 meters to talk to me.
We’ve been with this swimming center since 2022 and initially had a very positive experience. However, recently we’ve noticed some inconsistencies in how clients are treated, which unfortunately felt like double standards. When we tried to raise our concerns, they were dismissed, and we were made to feel as though our feedback wasn't valid. Another issue is the training approach — we found ourselves paying for sessions that weren’t effective, as the focus was on skills that had already been passed, while the remaining skills that needed improvement were overlooked. We genuinely hoped for more care and open communication, especially after being loyal clients for such a long time. Hopefully, the center will take this kind of feedback more seriously going forward.
