Been coming here for almost a year now and the staff is just fantastic. They have very good team and I can see my son's confidence in water has improved a lot from the 1st time he started swimming lesson. The cafe staff is also friendly and approachable.
Beautiful staff and service, no hassles, pretty flexible and easy to talk to. Teacher sings while teaching baby class, I had an amazing time during trials, have signed up already. Hopefully the experience will remain the same and everything will go nice.
Not a bad price for entry, slides good. Leaves could be blown off pathways in morning. Water was also a bit murky in main slide area. Not enough all abilities access.
The management system of this swim school is really chaotic. When we first booked a class, my baby was 3 months old, and they offered free classes for babies aged 3–6 months. However, no one informed me how to book the rest. I didn’t receive any email, and although there might have been a missed call, I get many scam calls every day, so I never answer unknown numbers. There was also no proper follow-up. When I checked later, I was told the classes were full booked and I’d have to join a paid one — even though my baby was still under 6 months old. Things got even more confusing later. When you upgrade to a higher level, all of the make-up classes just disappear. They said you must call to book make-ups, you can’t do it online anymore — which is really inconvenient. Recently, we marked one class as absent and it completely vanished. When I asked the staff, they said because it’s too close to the class time, other people didn’t have the opportunity to reserve. So we just lost that class? No one told me the latest time to cancel a class. We’re seriously considering switching to another swim school. Another parent in our class also said they plan to cancel because of a price increase — and this is the third time I’ve heard the same thing. Some teachers are nice, but others can be quite rude. Honestly, the only real advantage of this place is the location. Everything else is below average.
Sadly the swim school pool has decreased zone sizes adding an extra zone. The zones for babies and toddlers are now very small and quite cramped. There’s a step in the class where your baby floats on their back for 8 seconds as you walk backwards. After 4 steps backwards now you’re up against the zone division rope. It’s such a small space now. I can’t fault the swim teachers, everyone of them has been fantastic! Feedback from 2 of them was that the change made to reducing the baby and toddler zones was not ideal. It’s a real shame and the fact we’re all paying a weekly fee with less room and no change in class numbers to accommodate the reduction in space. It’s quite obvious this is to accommodate more classes at once. Front desk has also advised they’ve received negative feedback so hopefully things return as they once were. This swim class pool was already a lot smaller than other swim schools and now the baby/toddler areas feel like you’re in a spa bath.
