Rackley Swimming Colmslie

Highly recommend Rackley Swimming! We absolutely love Rackley Swimming and the amazing team, especially Barbara and Charlotte. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and genuinely supportive — they always go above and beyond to help. Recently, I had a small misunderstanding around holding classes, as there was a form I needed to complete. I had been away travelling and juggling a busy schedule with my kids, so I missed it. Despite this, the team did everything they could to help me, offering several makeup lessons so my children wouldn’t fall behind and so we wouldn’t be too affected financially. My kids absolutely love their swimming lessons and always look forward to coming. The environment is welcoming, professional, and caring, and we truly feel supported as a family. We are very happy to continue our lessons with Rackley Swimming and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful swimming program.

Carolina is a standout swim teacher. Carolina has an energetic approach which is the perfect balance of being both firm and encouraging. We credit our son's massive improvement over the last few months to Carolina. Jorja is also a great swimming teacher that you can tell she cares about the kids and their development. The swim school has improved a lot in recent years (we left and have returned). The current manager is really great at recommending good teachers for your child's personality.

CHARLOTTE the Great! Upon enquiring on a Wednesday morning, I was greeted warmly by Charlotte about classes for my three children. I was hesitant and after speaking with Charlotte, I became more comfortable and decided to try it at Colmslie despite living closer to another Rackley centre. My children’s needs have been accommodated and treated with the upmost respect by Charlotte and her staff at Colmslie. In particular, teachers Hailey and Jorja have been wonderful. We continue to make the trek and fight traffic on our commute from the northside to Colmslie and then home. It is worth it.

I want to personally thank miss Carolina and all teachers for the amazing work they have done. My 4 year old was so scared of the water and her work has been outstanding from day one. I am a mother of three children and I have had my fair share of swimming instructors and swim schools. I have watched Miss Carolina in other classes and the work she does to help children overcome their fear of water is life saving!! All the teachers are great but I am really thankful for Miss Carolina because I will get a summer filled with pool time this year 💗 If I could I would give 10 stars ⭐️

Constantly a different swimming coach for kids very rarely consistent. There are set days for manager to watch and see when kids are ready to move up a level so unless you keep asking them your kid will lately stay in same level for too long. As kids get older the coaches aren’t good to get their strokes well formed. One young male coach is more interested in seeing who’s watching him parade around rather than watching and teaching the older kids. Didn’t cancel my childrens class even though I asked in person and sent an email. Charged me for almost 9 months without me aware. Often a poo in the kids learn to swim pool on a Saturday morning. Baby outdoor pool is as cold as ice and outdoor area in summer full of ants and mozzies. Avoid this place.
