Reviews
My child has been taking swimming lessons here and we are very impressed. Sasha is patient, friendly, and truly cares about helping students build their confidence in the water. Highly recommended!
My daughter was attending Rackley at another venue, but after a teacher change and the new teacher causing my 4 year old daughter to cry during class we moved to Hibiscus. Sasha has helped my daughter regain her confidence in the water and after my daughter told her she could not do a freestyle exercise, Sasha broke it down for her into stages allowing my daughter to declare that it was actually now easy for her. My daughter now always comes bouncing out of the water declaring her happiness after every class. We are so appreciative for Sasha's patience and teaching ability; well recommended.
We’ve been bringing our kids here for 6 years now and have 3 kids enrolled. My daughter doesn’t have the time for squad but she loves her lessons so much she’s holding her self back a level to keep doing classes. My son loves how Sasha teaches, and she does have a great way with the kids. Scheduling issues and makeup classes are also very easy to sort out. They’re a great team with a good culture.
We chose Rackley because we trusted that, as a reputable chain, teachers are carefully selected, professional, responsible, and patient. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience at all. I don’t know about other coaches, but the coach at our level has been very disappointing. The instructor hasn’t given any technical guidance at all!!My child is just swimming with incorrect form, and the teacher is only walking back and forth on the side. It’s a complete waste of both the parents’ and the child’s time.
I had an extremely disappointing experience attending the baby swimming class for the first time. The instructor made no effort to introduce themselves, greet us, or even acknowledge my baby by name, which felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. As a first-time attendee, I expected some guidance or assistance, but the instructor completely ignored us and avoided any eye contact, making us feel invisible and excluded. There was no communication throughout the session, and it seemed like we were deliberately being skipped or not engaged in the activities. Furthermore, despite an email stating that they would contact me to clarify information beforehand, this never happened, adding to the poor experience. For a baby class, where a positive and interactive environment is crucial, this was a complete letdown. I would strongly advise against anyone enrolling in this class, as it lacked the care, attention, and professionalism one would expect.
