Well maintained pool, great staff and trainers.

Lovely well preserved swimming icon in the city. On a beautiful day with the roof opened up, it's got a perfect atmosphere for afternoon laps.

Very cute little pool. Quite the time capsule. Wouldn't be good if you had mobility issues as the space around the pool is very narrow and there's a few steep steps from the street entrance up to the pool area.

Sunday September seems 22, 2019. I was greeted at first with unnaturally loud conversations. So I waited outside for the talks to end. As I announced my admission ticket the service attendant used double word meaning emphasis in his expression and speech, "coming in" word stress sounded like " cumming in". It used to be an public offense to have sound above a certain level called public nuisance and disturbance. Since music is a personal choice and can't be played on transport and other quiet spaces this rule should apply here. There wasn't a special event on and the music was way too loud. The service attendant insisted they must have it but they haven't always. A woman followed me into the ladies toilet to listen to me rinse the chlorinated water off my body, in the cubicle near me she burst into unnaturally loud, also, soprano song. QPAC and churches are the place for that. You are not at home. The beginnings of antagonistic insolence behaviour all round. Avoid this place on weekends when jerk city reigns. They changed in staff, one cheeky young one was getting ideas about stepping on patrons for self agrandisation. He's not there now. ( March 26, 2019) I visited here a few times the last week in December 2018. Men were shouting abuse at a senior citizen lady calling her a "F#@k&$g C$&t". There were swimming lessons for kids on a Saturday. A silver fox asked "Can I squeeze in there with you" where I explained the difference between the leisure swimming section and swimming lengths section.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this swim school. First, the heated pool they advertise often did not work, and on several occasions classes were canceled or the water was too cold to swim. Because of this, I missed several lessons that I had already paid for. I took a 4-week break to wait for the weather to warm up, and even after I returned the water was still freezing. When I decided to cancel, that's when the biggest nightmare began because they simply showed total disregard. When I tried to resolve the issue in person, I was given less than two weeks to make up five missed classes. The options they offered were very limited, like 2 options and none of the times worked with my schedule. In other words, there was no real solution, Even if I could do it at the times they gave, I wouldn't be able to make up the 5 classes. I then sent email (twice) to management asking for help, but both were ignored. No one ever replied. Because of that, I was left without a way to reschedule or cancel properly. To make things worse, since I didn’t officially cancel, they continued to debit my account. Even though I warned them that I was not authorized to debit anymore, and to cancel you can only do it online through the website and you have to accept totally unfair terms that I wouldn't be able to make up any classes, that is, I would lose out once again. Now I have seven paid lessons in credit, but there is no available time to book them, and they also refuse to issue a refund. I tried to solve it many times, but they ignored. In summary: • Paid classes were lost because the heated pool was not working or classes were canceled. • Management ignored two emails and did not provide any real solution in person. • They continue to charge even when services are not delivered. • No refund is offered, leaving customers stuck and losing money. And no times available to reschedule the class. This has been an unprofessional and unfair experience, and I strongly advise others to be very careful before signing up.
