Reservoir Leisure Centre

Everyone I've met here has been lovely and while some people are put off by the dated facilities, I think it's part of the charm! Besides, all the equipment you actually use is kept up to date.

I have two kids in swimming lessons. When I needed to change levels they organised a swim test on the spot so I could get the lessons to overlap on a different night. So good. Thanks Azahar and Firat for getting it organised. I love this place the people are amazing 😍 makes me want to keep coming. The facilities need a refresh but whatever. Place is an absolute dump. But the staff are exceptional nice and the sauna's and spa are nice and hot. If you can look past the broken showers, rust, structural decay and occasional roaches you will be fine

I was a member since 2009.RLC became less systematically managed. Lots of aged people jump into sauna or spa without take a shower. Today there was brownish nasty foam around me in the spa. Also, one older man was walking in the fast lane forward and backwards. No lifeguard or duty manager care. The more, some staff likes to treat people like their grandchildren or prisoner. Yelling and rude!

The staff are fantastic but the place is in some dire need of some renovations and council funding. Sad to see all the money from the council getting spent on the 'rich' part despite Reservoir having the largest population. The gym is good, the change rooms and the fitness rooms need a renovation. Additionally the sauna and spa is overcrowded and unhygienic with the floor being constantly dirty and stained. Would love to see a renovation for the Reservoir community member
