I had seen a lot of negative reviews about this place, so I was a bit worried about how it would turn out but it was nothing like that. I visited with my family, and for a $15 fee, it was definitely worth it. The pool was clean, the water was warm, and the staff were attentive. This place has now become our weekend getaway.

Great place I had a great time I got to use the warm pool near the spa, I enjoyed every minute it's a shame we can't use it all the time as it's mother and babies all week until around 4om. I will definitely go back the next two weeks.

A great centre with well maintained facilities & fantastic staff. I use the gym, Cafe and library the most so can't say much about the pool stuff but the areas I do use are always clean, mell maintained and up to date. The staff are always lovely and willing to help, the Cafe does amazing chips that they often overfill which has brought me back more times than I wish it did 😅 Also lgbt+ friendly, they have a unisex toilet near the Cafe in particular which is a very welcome addition for someone in my shoes (trans). Lastly they treat creeps and anti social behaviour seriously which I appreciated when I've had issues in the past. Thanks all staff here, you make this place a joy to be a part of.

I understand and agree that beginners weren't supposed to stay in the medium lane. But this should've been preached before the entry ticket was purchased. There were no lanes for slowswimmers when we went.

I don’t know how long it will take for the government authorities to finally pay attention to this poor swimming pool. The water quality is extremely bad, with visibility of less than 2 metres. About 80% of the pool is constantly occupied for lessons, and almost the entire pool is cordoned off. For members of the public who are not attending classes, there is practically no reason to come at all — it feels deeply discriminatory. After such a long renovation period, there has been little to no improvement. The pool is still in terrible condition: dirty, old, and poorly maintained. The facilities have not been upgraded at all — broken shower heads, blocked urinals, and ongoing maintenance issues remain unresolved. It is truly a waste of such a prime location. This is a genuinely disappointing swimming pool, let down by an equally disappointing management team.
