Since my daughter joined ROAR, she has absolutely flourished in her acting, singing, dancing, and overall stage presence. The growth in her confidence and performance skills has been remarkable, and the supportive group of kids around her has made the experience even more fantastic. I truly love the sense of community — ROAR feels like an extended family where students and parents genuinely support one another. The ROAR team, led by Madeleine, gives every student balanced attention and thoughtful guidance. Madeleine’s decades of experience in theatre and drama shine through every time the students step onto the stage. They perform with such joy, skill, and confidence that they light up the entire venue. It still astounds me how the team consistently pulls together performances of the highest quality in such a short amount of time. I’m so grateful for what ROAR has done for my daughter and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any young artist and their family.
Just watched the youth version of musical “Cats” by Roar Academy. Such a high quality production, from such a young cast. I’m really impressed. It is very hard show to put on stage, but it was a skillful combination of talents, voices, movement, costumes, and oh my god, make-up work, is next level. I will be humming the songs for the next few weeks for sure and looking forward to many more shows ahead.
My daughter joined ROAR in February this year (2024) and ever since I have seen an explosion of her artistic talents. Her acting, her singing, her confidence, stage presence and every other element that constitutes a good performer is being nurtured at ROAR. And same is the experience that I get to hear from other parents I talk to. They are all excited about the development in their child's skills and the stage opportunities that they get. ROAR students, including my daughter Daya, get numerous stage opportunities, and participate in various theatre festivals that I have not heard of elsewhere! The ROAR team, under the leadership of Madeleine, ensures balanced attention and focus to all students. The decades of experience that Madeleine possess in the theatre and drama industry, becomes evident every time her students step in to the stage. They shine and sparkle and lit up the whole atmosphere of the venue. And also thankful to the fact that ROAR functions as a large extended family, with lot of cooperation and mutual support, with every member and parents watching out and supporting every other member. I am delighted to be associated with ROAR and would sincerely recommend ROAR to every other aspiring little/young artist and their parents!
Excellent performances, these productions are very well done. Seen Cats on the weekend, great performance, all kids did very well. 👏 Would recommend seeing these performances when they come available.
Went to sound of music youth edition at redcliffe cultural centre today. What a wonderful show they put on. I just wanted to sing along with them. Everyone of them played their part beautifully. Give yourselves a pat on the back. Well done 10/10
