After a year of training with Salty Fit, I went from being exhausted after just a few laps to earning my Bronze Medallion at Bronte SLSC, thanks to Jo’s incredible coaching and well-structured programs. I started with the Build Your Style stroke correction course, moved into the regular pool squad, and then completed the Intro Face the Waves ocean swimming program - each step building my confidence and skills in a really supportive environment. What really stands out is the flexible timetable, with a great mix of ocean and pool sessions to suit any goal, along with Jo’s clear, encouraging coaching and a genuinely welcoming community of swimmers across all skill levels.

I just completed the ocean swimming course and it was amazing - I’m 100 times more confident now in the ocean which is the best feeling and i loved each session- the team are incredibly supportive and we all had fun too!!
