Sangrok World Taekwondo Academy

The Sangrok team are an amazing group of people that volunteer their time to provide a wonderful environment to train in Taekwondo. The knowledge, passion and inclusiveness is something to be applauded, my 9 year old son and I felt welcomed as a part of the family from day 1. Every training session includes a mix of students of all skill levels and everyone is friendly and willing to help. If you are thinking of giving Taekwondo a try, Sangrok is absolutely the top recommendation.

I have been training in Sangrok with my 7yo son for the last 6 months. We both enjoy our time together learning Taekwondo, the curriculum is comprehensive (fitness, self defence, forms), the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive and our peers are cordial and helpful. I recommend Sangrok, particularly if you want to train with other members of your family.

I have been training here since preschool. Sangrok is really welcoming. It great for families and people wanting to learn some taekwondo and self defence. Every week, there is a difference focus, like self defence, kicking combos, sparring, fitness, etc. so you get to do something different each week. The community is really strong and there are lots of senior belts to help you out. The instructors are really knowledgeable and they are all volunteers who are passionate about taekwondo.

Sangrok Academy has an amazing and supportive environment for both kids and adults. Training together as a family can be a rewarding experience. It's also wonderful that my child is motivated to train professionally and that the community is so encouraging. It's great that everyone in the group is so responsive and helpful. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I completely recommend Sangrok Taekwondo. This place is very well maintained and has very good quality Taekwondo equipment to train. Erin who is responsible for the fees and management is a lovely person who makes everything runs smoothly. I enjoyed every session, everyone is so nice and friendly. The instructors are highly motivated and make you feel very comfortable in every class. Their knowledge and experience are very impressive and give you confidence in every training session. I have been looking for a place like that for a long time and I finally found a taekwondo club where I feel I belong.
